The Warriors

A few months ago, me and my family sat down and watched a film called The Warriors. The Warriors is a film that came out in 1979, it’s about these gangs who try to make it back to Coney Island, which is a place in New York . But a strain of uncertain events happen along the way . It’s such a great film, the story is fantastic, fun fact, it’s actually based on a Greek Myth, yeah, I was shocked myself, it’s crazy that it actually happened . Another thing that I thought was quite cool, was it was like a comic, in the opening of every scene, it shows the picture and then it goes into the next part of the film, it’s such a great touch . My dad watched this in the 70s and he was crazy about it, he was like ” Hey, come and check this out, you’ll go crazy about it ” so I did and I sure did go mad about it, he wasn’t lying, I’m actually glad that I watched it, cause it’s one of those films that have a big impact on you, a film that you will remember all through your life, it’s totally sick, they just don’t make films like that anymore, that’s why I just go back and watch old films from the 50s, 70s, 80s and 90s, cause it just gets you in the feels, the newer films just don’t have the same effect on you .

Michael Beck plays the role of Swan, James Remar plays the role of Ajax, Dorsey Wright plays the role of Cleon, Brian Tayler plays the role of Snow, David Harris plays the role of Cochise, Tom Mckitterick plays the role of Cowboy and there are many more .
