The Boys Of New York, Diary Entry, Meet The Girls, Character Details

So, as you may know, I created a group of five male characters well I didn’t really create them, I sort of stole them from another author called SE Hinton but I gave them different personalities and styles but you may remember them by the names, Ponyboy, Johnny, Dallas, Two Bit and Steve and then I also have some side characters too but those are the main characters, but also, I made up some female characters too, their names are Marlene, Felicia, Cherry, Marcia and Ophelia . These characters are cool and different compared to the male characters, cause they have different personalities and character traits, I think that they balance it out really well . Cherry and Ophelia are good friends, Cherry also has another friend called Marcia, but she spends most of her time with Ophelia . They do fun things together, such as going to the drive in and having girly slumber parties . Marlene and Felicia are also good friends, whatever the weather . Marlene used to be Pony’s girlfriend, they were together in high school, they dated a little bit and then they moved schools . Ponyboy still keeps in touch with Marlene, but he doesn’t see her much, that’s because he met his new match . That’s where Cherry steps in . Ponyboy really likes Cherry, Cherry really likes him, she gave him her number and then they became quite close . They all seem to have different life stories and back rounds, they are very interesting characters to learn about . Marlene has bright pink fluffy hair, pink is her most favorite color, but she is not afraid to spice her style up a bit, she is very adventerous in trying new things, such as fashion and new hairstyles . Her most recent and favorite fashion choice is a bright pink dress with light pink pumps { Pumps is a type of shoe} And then she also wears a light pink fluffy jacket to keep her nice and warm, her style is inspired by Frenchie, who is a character in Grease and she is a pink lady, her style is kind of the same . Some of her friends call her Pinkie because she wears a lot of pink and it’s her favorite color . All of the girls have different fashion choices and styles that fit their persona . Cherry has red hair, her real name is Sherri but her friends call her Cherry because she has red hair, she wears all sorts of clothes, if it’s something that makes her feel comfortable then that’s all what matters . Marcia is another one of Cherry’s close friends, she has brown / brunette hair, she secretly has a crush on Steve, but no one knows it just yet, it’s a little secret . Cherry also secretly fancies Dallas, she’s just playing hard to get . The first time Cherry and Pony met each other, Ophelia and her delusional self thought that Ponyboy was a younger version of C Thomas Howell and Cherry believed her, I think that they just watch way to many 80s movies but it’s part of it’s charm, that’s obviously because he looked cute and she thought that he looked like him, but she was disappointed to find out that it wasn’t, but Pony still looked cute so Cherry just hooked up with him right before any other girl would chat him up and take him, she has no regrets in meeting him, he is the perfect boyfriend, he respects her, he treats her nicely, doesn’t treat her like shit, he was willing to protect her from whatever and she is finally happy that she can live happily ever after and the relationship is treating her right, Pony is a keeper .

Marlene and Felicia can do millions of activities as a duo, sometimes, Felicia stays over at Marlene’s apartment, they do so many girly activities. Marlene and Felicia look at 80s teen magazines together, not to mention that they are also obsessed with the 80s, in fact, they are stuck in the 80s, sometimes, Marlene has multiple dreams and fantasies about marrying fictional characters . Once, she had a dream that she was Sodapop Curtis’s girlfriend . { Just a disclaimer, if you are getting mixed up between this Sodapop Curtis and the one that I wrote about, it’s a different one, Sodapop Curtis is a character from The Outsiders and my one is a tiny bit different, so just in case you get confused, it’s a different character, thank you .

But yeah, Marlene once had a dream where she was Sodapop’s girlfriend and they all lived happily ever after, then she woke up and she started crying, she was bummed because it wasn’t real, it was just a dream, then Felicia walked into her room, she looked at her, thinking ” WTF ” , it was hilarious . Marlene and Felicia crush over millions of 80s male actors too . She is just building up her obsession on the young version of Matt Dillon . She loves him a lot . She can watch The Outsiders ten times a week without getting sick of it, without a doubt, she cries every time Dallas Winston comes onto the screen, I know that Marlene is a fictional character, but if I was in her position, I would act the same way, I can relate to her in many ways . They also read 80s teen showbiz magazines, they do this as an activity, whenever she has a sleepover at Felicia’s house, she has a whole collection of teen magazines . She cries every time she watches a romantic movie, she cries herself to sleep because she knows that she can’t marry any fictional characters, she thinks that she’ll never meet anyone who is as perfect as the boys in the 80s movies . She is currently looking for a boyfriend who will treat her with respect, that will comfort her when she is crying, that will make her laugh, that will carry her on his shoulders and give her piggy back rides and won’t be afraid to fight someone to protect her and just be an overall supportive boyfriend, because she hasn’t made any good choices in the past, all of her boyfriends left her in millions of harsh ways, there is so much waiting in line for Marlene .

One day, when Marlene was on a bus, coming back from the shopping mall, she saw Matt Dillon on the same bus as her, he was sitting a few chairs down, Marlene was starstruck, she watches him in movies and she madly falls in love with every character that he has portrayed, they stared into each other’s eyes, she felt like she was in a movie, it was unreal . Then when they stopped staring, he quickly got up and sat next to Marlene, he said hi and they started talking, then he kissed her hand and then he left and from then on, Marlene has had a crush on him ever since . That was in the 80s, Felicia is now super jealous . Felicia would fall head over heels to marry a guy who looks exactly like him, she keeps saying that if Matt Dillon punched her, she would say thank you, once, she also woke up two in the morning, just to hunt for Rob Lowe, she went absolute bat shit crazy about him, she cries about ten times a day because she wishes that she could go back to the 80s and marry him before any other girl had the chance, I know right, it’s crazy .
