Joe} Hi .

Hayley} Hi .

Joe} What’s up ?.

Hayley} Nothing really , you ?.

Joe} Yeah nothing .

Hayley} Have you heard about the new neighbors that are coming today ?.

Joe} No really ?, that’s exciting , what time are they supposed to be here ?.

Hayley} Probably about 5 o clock .

Joe} Oh cool, we have to get ready then .

Hayley} Yeah, if they are coming to knock on our door, make them a cup of tea or something .

Joe} Yeah, do they drink Tetly ?.

Hayley} I actually don’t know on what they like .

Joe} Ok well, ask them then .

{Knock on the door }

Hayley} I think that there’s a knock on the door , Joe .

Joe} I’ll go and open it , that should be them by now .

Neighbors } Hey, we are your new neighbors , I’m Daisy , he’s Jake , she’s Jessica and he is James , nice to meet you .

Hayley} Yeah  nice to meet you , looking forward to seeing you here in the neighborhood .

Joe} Yeah, you are welcome here any time you like .

Neighbors} Thank you , that’s very sweet of you .

Joe} So do you wanna come in and sit down ?.

Neighbors} Yes please .

Joe} They seem really nice .

Hayley} Yeah, so what do you guys do ?.

Jessica } I actually just finished my time in University , the rest of them have finished college .

Hayley} Oh that is cool , so good luck with everything .

James} Thank you .

Joe} Do you guys want any tea ?.

Neighbors } Oh no thank you , we better get going , we have packing to do , you know , moving terrors .

Hayley} Yeah, we know about that .

Joe} Oh ok, cool, well thanks for knocking on our door .

Neighbors} Yeah thank you , looking forward to seeing you here .

Hayley} Yeah same .

Neighbors } Well see ya .

Hayley and Joe} See ya .

Hayley} They were really nice , actually .

Joe} Yeah, I don’t know about you, but I am really looking forward to having them .

Hayley} Yeah, Joe, do you know ?, somebody called me to babysit their child for them .

Joe} What us , can’t anybody else do it ?.

Hayley} No, it would be good though , we can bond with it , and play with it , you’ll love it , you are gonna be upset when it goes home .

Joe} Oh cool, I’m not gonna change it’s nappy, you are .

Hayley} That’s actually fine, don’t mind it .

Joe} I can’t believe that we have to do this, the day started off fine with meeting the new neighbors , now we have to do this .

Hayley} Oh come on , it would be a good experience for you .

Joe} Oh don’t embarrass me , when the hell am I gonna have kids, and use that experience, probably never .

Hayley} Well really , you’d never know .

Joe} I can’t believe you ,  don’t make me feel embarrassed .

Hayley} Why are you embarrassed Joe ?.

Joe} Well, there’s a reason to feel embarrassed .

Hayley} I just think that it’s stupid Joe , it is a part of life , everybody goes through it .

Joe} Well, if you think about it , not everyone goes through it .

Hayley} That is absolutely unnecessary .

Joe} No, I am speaking truths Hayley .

Hayley} Come on , get the supplies ready .

Joe} Oh, there’s a knock on the door .

Hayley} Ok .

Mum} Oh hello , are you the babysitter for my kid ?.

Hayley} Yes, you have come to the right place .

Mum} Oh great , here is my child , his bed time is at 10 o clock , take care of him , have a nice time , son .

Kid} Thank you, Mummy .

Hayley} Okey dokey , we’ll take care of him real well, won’t we Joe ?.

Joe} Yeah, whatever .

Hayley} Joe, pull yourself together , act cool .

Joe} Ok fine , fine , whatever you say .

Hayley} Yeah, we’d be absolutely fine .

Mum} Ok, that is all I needed to say really , I need to go now .

Hayley} Ok, what do you want to do then ?.

Kid} I don’t know .

Joe} We can play a game like , Hide and seek .

Kid} No, hide and seek is for babies .

Hayley} You can say that , but really , it is a game for all ages .

Joe} What do you mean For babies ?, what are you then ?.

Hayley} Joe calm down , he is only 5 .

Kid} Em , no , I am not 5 , I am ten , how dare you call me underaged, you are 5 .

Joe} Oh ok really ?, if you call me a name once again , you’ll know what’ll happen .

Hayley} Joe, what the hell is wrong with you ?, he’s only a kid .

Kid} Hey, I am not a kid , I am ten you know .

Joe} Say what now ?.

Hayley} What ?, I thought that you were like 5 .

Kid} Oh really ?, you guys are so dumb , ha ha .

Joe} What did you say ?.

Hayley} Joe , last warning .

Joe} Stop, you sound like my mum .

Kid} Good luck with looking after me .

Hayley} Look, this isn’t going well, I’ll just call the mum .

Kid} Ok .

Hayley} Hello, is this the mum ?.

Mum} Yes it is , what’s wrong ?.

Hayley} Yes, this is Hayley, can you pick up your son , Joe is chasing him with a toilet plunger .

Mum} What ?, I am coming now .

Hayley} Hey .

Mum} Hi, how is my little angel doing ?.

Joe} He is a devil and he is self entitled , and he needs help, and don’t call him an angel, what world are you in ?.

Mum} Don’t say that , I’m going , goodbye .

Joe} Bye for good .

Joe} What the hell was that ?.

Hayley} Yeah, I thought he was like 5 .

Joe} He was bratty though.

Hayley} Yeah Joe, what do you think about the new neighbors ?.
